Two founders, one gap they both saw: leaders had too few small circles to think in, without an agenda, an audience, or a sales pitch.
Why we exist
The organizations that keep and grow their most important accounts are the ones that build real relationships with the people behind them. Yet almost everything designed to bring companies and their clients together serves the opposite goal: generating new business as fast as possible. Events became a backdrop. A reason to get people in a room, not a reason to bring them closer.
Working in the executive events industry, we saw that gap up close. Retention is won in trust, and trust needs a format that most programs simply do not offer: small, off the record, without an agenda, without an audience, without a sales pitch.
What started as a passion project grew into a shared purpose: helping organizations create deeper, longer-lasting relationships with the people who matter most. Not through large-scale events or generic programs, but through experiences designed with genuine care and intention.
The founders
Both founders spent years inside the international executive events industry, designing programs and curating conversations for C-level audiences across Europe. They saw what large-scale formats do well, and what they structurally cannot do: build the trust that keeps client relationships alive.
LumaSphere is what they built instead. Small rooms, real conversations, and experiences designed and delivered by the founders themselves.
Off the record is where the real relationship starts
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy guides how we think, design, and create. Always in service of one thing: relationships that last.
-
We begin by understanding the relationships you want to strengthen. From there, every element is designed around one goal: the conditions for meaningful conversations and lasting partnerships. The full process is on our Experiences page.
-
Four principles guide every choice we make, from the guest list to the final conversation.
Trust: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
Clarity: We'd rather cut an agenda item than stay superficial.
Curation: Every participant, every venue, and every theme is deliberately chosen. Never admitted, only invited.
Partnership: We measure success in relationships that last for years, not in one-off events.
-
LumaSphere is built around one objective: strengthening relationships. Most executive events are designed to generate new business. Ours are designed to deepen the relationships you already have.
Every decision, from who is invited to the setting to the questions on the table, serves that goal. An experience with us is not an event. It is a strategic investment in the relationships that matter most.
The relationships that matter most deserve this kind of attention
Tell us which ones. We'll take it from there.
