Frequently asked questions
Before the first conversation
-
Most client events are built to generate exposure or new business as fast as possible, whereby the room becomes a backdrop. A Retreat or Circle is built around one goal only: the relationships in the room. Nothing else competes for attention.
-
You can host a dinner. Designing and facilitating the actual conditions for executive trust, where hierarchy leaves the room and the format itself invites people to open up, is a different discipline. If you host with an agenda, even a good one, the dynamic changes. Neutral curation is the part that's hard to build in-house.
-
That's the specific problem the format is designed to solve. Hierarchy leaves the room before the conversation starts. Off the record is a working method, not a slogan. And the day opens with a shared Transformative Experience that shifts the state of the room before a single agenda item is raised.
-
We don't ask you to take it on faith. About a week after each experience, we run an Impact Review, roughly 45 minutes, on what shifted in the room and what that means for the relationship. That review also shapes what comes next.

Pricing is set per engagement, based on the relationships you want to strengthen and the format that fits. In our first conversation, we start by understanding what's at stake; a fraction of what one retained key account is worth is a different conversation than an isolated line-item cost.
